yaboi hanoi is the indie house, trap-jazzy brainchild of Bangkok-born, Shanghai-based, Lamtharn “Hanoi” Hantrakul. It’s music bumpin’ from that rooftop party in downtown Bangkok with Robert Glasper, Kaytranada and FKJ. Each new track dovetails Thai-inspired collaborations with interactive media artists from across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Indie R&B? His soulful remix of artist Dorsh’s “IFFY” drops this October 8th. Jazz? Put his debut album Live at Forrest Hill while you work from home. Yaboi hanoi is also addicted to music on TikTok (and actually works there full time - story for another day).
